There are many ways to screw up hiring a virtual assistant. Here are the 3 biggest mistakes that I see people making: 1- Looking for someone who can do EVERYTHING (A unicorn) 2- Not having a clear definition of the tasks they want to be completed 3- No operating procedures to follow I have heard people complain time and again that they hired someone and it did not work out. “They just didn't know how to do things the way I wanted” In my experience, this is YOUR fault 85% of the time. Nobody can read your mind. Nobody understands your business like you. Nobody can guess how you want things done. Create clear and concise tasks and expectations. Or keep doing everything yourself 🤷🏽♂️

What I was asked this week part.. who knows because the nursery bugs aren’t playing in 2024 and I’ve skipped a few.. How does the platform save me and my team time?
