My father taught me that sales excellence comes from having an electric personality and authentic relationships. 48 years after his passing, 2024 proved just how right he was. This year was a masterclass in intentional transformation – an 8-month sabbatical that redefined my understanding of professional growth, family, and purpose. When I reflected on my Dad's legacy, I realized some lessons transcend generations. As I shared earlier: "He was one of the best sales pros I ever saw. His personality was electric.
