The secret to becoming a top performer is not really a secret. First, I must say, I’m really enjoying your #AskCarmella questions! I would love to get more questions from you and also hear if you like my videos and find them helpful. Going back to the great question I was asked about becoming a top performer. The best advice I can give you is to take a strong look at other top performers. Check out what they are doing, how they are speaking, and what their methods are. That’s simply how it works - you look at top performers, you do what they do, and then at some point, you find your own ways to do it better. One more thing you will see those top performers doing is “learning”. Top performers learn everyday. They learn new things about their industry, customers and products. And you should too if you want to become one. That’s what I said to @tehila rotlevy. You will need to watch the video to see what she did afterwards.
