My favorite part about going from the power tool industry to the rental equipment industry: becoming certified and/or trained to operate the equipment myself. 👷🏻♀️🚜🦺🇺🇸 Being able to operate a backhoe, dozer, forklift, telehandler, scissor lift, and more, are things I never thought I’d not only learn to do…but also ENJOY. Shout out to the Sacramento Branch Manager, Yard Crew, Mechanics, Parts Manager, and Service Manager for helping me get up to speed. I feel even more empowered and ready for action than I did before. Here’s to more challenges, learning curves, and accomplishments coming my way. PS: Don’t ya’ll worry; I was safely parked, seatbelt on, backhoe turned off, AND PPE on deck, before using my phone to take a photo with the equipment! #SafetyFirst 😜 #WomenInConstruction #ForkLiftCertified #TelehandlerCertified #Construction #California #RentalEquipment #Safety #Challenges #NewBeginnings #PPE #Safety #CareerMove #Excited #JobOpportunity #NextChapter #CareerSuccess #ProfessionalDevelopment #PersonalGrowth #CareerGoals #EarthMovingEquipment #DirtyHandsCleanMoney

"just a fork lift operator" is something that I hear all the time as a staffing professional. While taking orders we find it incredibly important to get as much detail as we can. Nobody is "just a" anything. Every role - every job has responsibilities that need to be carried out. As the Staffing Agency it is our role to know where they are going to park their car when they show up, what to wear from head to toe on the first day, what they will be doing all day long and how they will be doing it... the list goes on and on. Often -> I hear the response, "It's just a forklift operator." Now - watch the video. Would you ever say that the person responsible for this is, "Just a FL operator?" No. What are they driving? Standing or sitting? Driving forward or backwards? And this just scratches the surface. What do you think? Is this "just" anything?

As a forklift operator, I would prioritize safety above all else. This means conducting pre-operational checks, wearing appropriate safety gear, following designated routes, and communicating effectively with colleagues. Additionally, I would adhere to load capacity limits, maintain proper visibility, and be cautious when approaching corners or intersections. Constant vigilance and adherence to safety protocols are essential for safe forklift operation. #ForkliftSafety #SafetyFirst #WorkplaceSafety #AccidentPrevention #StaySafe #SafetyAwareness

The forklift is one of the most commonly used pieces of equipment on the worksite. These powered industrial trucks are used to lift and transport loads with deft and precision. Although forklifts are powerful, there is risk involved in operating any industrial machine. With over an estimated one million forklifts estimated to be in operation, it’s essential to ensure crews are trained on proper forklift safety measures, Since many accidents are due to poor forklift safety training, it is recommended that only those who are trained and licensed by TRADE TEST FROM THE FEDERAL MiNISTRY IN YOUR Country be responsible for operating a forklift. Employers should evaluate their employees’ performance at least once every three years and supplement training with forklift safety videos, lectures, software training and demonstrations, You should thoroughly inspect forklifts before every use. Daily checks with the shift supervisor are recommended to identify and log any problems or defects. Any equipment that requires repair should never be operated, #Certifed Forklift operator # Manager # Safty In case you want me to join your Team am available to relocate to any country my WhatsApp Number is 07057566582 or my Gmail is abayomifagbemi6@Gamil.Com

Industrial Counterbalance Lift Truck (Operator Course) - Commonly called Forklift operator course. Do you know that there are 5 different variation in Industrial Counterbalance Lift Truck ? If not, it is time to learn. As per ABA workplace transport grouping the industrial counterbalance lift truck has 5 different variations. They are: 1. A3 - Counterbalance lift trucks (Pedestrian operator electric) 2. B1 - Counterbalance lift truck up to and including 5 tonne (Rider operator with Electric & I.C.E Engine). 3. B2 - Counterbalance lift truck over 5 tonne – up to and including 15 tonne (Rider operator with Electric & I.C.E Engine). 4. B3 - Counterbalance lift truck over 15 tonne (Rider operator with Electric & I.C.E Engine). 5. B4 - Stand – on counterbalance (Rider operator electric) Why we need to know about this variations ? 1. It is very important for an operator to get trained on correct machine which they are operating in their company. 2. The variation must be mentioned in the operator card, so that anyone can identify the capability of operator. 3. The operator is allowed to operate only the equipment mentioned in his card. 4. Avoid accident. If you willing to add more points to the above topic, please write it in the comments below. "Training today for a safer tomorrow" Thank you and have a nice day :) #forklift #training #traininganddevelopment #lifttruck #industrialcounterbalancelifttruck #bahrain #saudiarabia
