Modern Elder and Futurist: Living Younger, Longer with More Impact

After watching this video, you'll have questions like I did: How did this person's talent stay hidden for decades? What were his dreams as a child? What stole or killed those dreams? My research with #GeniusSpark is rock solid. By the time we are five, 98% of us will test as geniuses. By the time we hit 30, only 2% retain it.. The Genius Spark process and tools help you rediscover and reignite the genius we all have and lost touch with. Check out Genius Spark on Amazon

It's just a TV talent show. He has been a janitor for 23 years. He is just singing a song. But this happens every day in our businesses. One of my waitresses went on to become Vice President of American Airlines. We all employ Richard and Emily, who have many talents that often go undiscovered. How do you ensure the talents in your team are highlighted? We can inspire our teams and invite this array of talents into our businesses. It may involve creativity, IT, customer service, technical skills, business development, marketing, photography, or content creation. Is it time to take another look at our team? #talentspotting #inspiration #roynewey

Incredible talent looms in the shadows because many are too humble to step out and take a risk. These same people often need someone to champion and encourage them, and we should all strive to be that person in their life.

This is the reason I like to start meetings, interviews, and typical conversations with “fun facts” about everyone in the room. Amazing talented people everywhere!
