7moThis is a great post Rex - thanks for sharing. The best TA/Recruiter partnerships emerge when there is a clear mutual understanding that it follows the pattern above. So many recruiters see TA as an obstacle to somehow get 'around' - but the reality is that TA exists to fill the main bulk of positions internally, and will want have trusted relationships with a select few agencies (or even just one) who can be there to support when needed.
