Empowering: Tech, Real Estate, Investing.

As a society, we shouldn't be intimidated by AI - we should embrace it and leverage it. Using AI isn't a quantum leap in human evolution but more like humans mastering their latest powerful tool.💥 Recognizing the transformative power of AI and other technologies is crucial. These advancements drive us forward, and free us up from repetitive tasks - similar to how the introduction of the wheel propelled our species forward in many new ways. It's ultimately the essence of what Rex is all about; empowering people through the use of technology. 👨🏻💻👩🏻💻 InsurePro, JobCall, IDcore, PayUp, GetDone #Innovation #AI #TechEvolution

100% agree although in a business context AI needs to be seen as a tool for maximizing human qualities rather than a replacement for us. This is a topic that I’m very passionate about. I’m working on developing a detailed process-level methodology to help companies think through advanced technology implementations in a way that optimizes resources while maximizing human potential. There are always going to be challenges that are best addressed by humans. As an increasing number of functions are automated there will be a temptation to pass short term efficiencies on to the shareholders in the form of profits. Companies should instead methodically identify new ways to plan, budget and invest these resources into their workforce to address challenges that only people can solve and in doing so leverage technology as a force multiplier for long term positive growth and change in the most strategically critical areas of their businesses…
