Celebrating Independence Day with a Tribute to Innovation and Leadership at HCL Tech 🇮🇳 As we celebrate India's 77th Independence Day, I am filled with pride not just for our nation, but for the strides we've made in the world of technology and innovation. HCL Tech, a beacon of excellence in the IT industry, has recently marked 48 years of trailblazing success. In this journey of almost five decades, HCL has consistently demonstrated what it means to be a leader—driven by a vision of empowering businesses and individuals alike. One of the most remarkable moments this year was the recognition of Roshni Nadar Malhotra, who continues to set an inspiring example as the first woman to lead a listed IT company in India. Her leadership reflects the essence of what we celebrate today—the freedom to dream, achieve, and break boundaries. As we honor our nation's independence, let's also celebrate the freedom to innovate, the courage to lead, and the determination to succeed. Here's to many more years of groundbreaking achievements and making India proud on the global stage! 🇮🇳💼 #IndependenceDay #HCLTech #Leadership #Innovation #ProudIndian

"On this auspicious occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi, we celebrate not just the remover of obstacles but the rich cultural heritage of India. 🙏✨ Did you know? The public celebration of Ganesh Chaturthi was popularized by freedom fighter Lokmanya Tilak in 1893 to unite people during the independence movement. Today, it continues to bring communities together in joy and devotion. May Lord Ganesha bring success and prosperity to all! 🕉️🎉 #GaneshChaturthi #HistoryAndTradition #UnityInDiversity #NuGeniusSolution"

Bhartiya Swatantrata Diwas ki Shubhkaamnayen Today, we are all celebrating India's 78th Independence Day. Yes, we are living in a free country. But are we free? We need to be free from all the mental bondages. As Indians, we will become completely free if we have a positive mindset with flexible thinking. We need to respect others's points of view. We need to be compassionate towards others's feelings. We must be kind to ourselves and others, including all living beings. We must respect people of different religions, castes, cultures, beliefs, races, colours, and creeds. If we become this way, then we will be free in a real sense. Happy Independence Day!

Baked with Love, Carried with Pride Millions of Indian soldiers served in both World War I and World War II, with over 1.5 million fighting in the first and more than 2.5 million in the second, stationed across distant lands alongside the Allied forces. They fought to protect the freedoms of innocents and preserve peace in a world engulfed by conflict. While they faced wars that weren’t entirely their own, their bravery helped defend those who could not defend themselves. From the muddy trenches of Europe to the scorching deserts of North Africa, they endured unimaginable challenges. Yet, through it all, our Barley Biscuits travelled with them—a humble reminder of home. Nourishing both body and spirit, these biscuits symbolised resilience. More than just sustenance, they were a taste of comfort, carried across oceans and borders, offering strength in every crunchy bite. Whether on cold nights in France or under the sun in Mesopotamia, these biscuits provided not only nourishment but a connection to India—keeping spirits high even in the darkest moments. As we reflect on this legacy, we remember that every bite carries the weight of history—where food became more than nourishment; it became a symbol of courage and a lifeline between home and war. A taste of courage that has stood the test of time. #BarleyBiscuits #IndianTroopsOverseas #WorldWarLegacy #CourageInEveryCrunch #MamballysRoyalBiscuitFactory #HistoricalHeritage #StrengthInEveryBite #DefendingTheInnocent

Happy Republic Day! India is known for its rich cultural tapestry, diverse traditions, vibrant festivals, historical landmarks, and the warmth of its people. Additionally, it boasts a legacy of spiritual wisdom, iconic historical figures, and a rapidly evolving modern identity in various fields such as technology, arts, and sports. Lets embrace responsible patriotism, envisioning ourselves as gardeners tending to diverse flowers. India's strength lies in its rich heritage and diversity. Let us be the garden that nurtures our nation with love and responsibility. Like seeds, our actions can blossom into a harmonious landscape. Remembering Einstein's words, 'The world is dangerous not because of evil-doers, but because of those who look on and do nothing.' Let's actively contribute to the greatness of our nation. Jai Hind!
