Last week’s release of the 2024 OECD Agricultural Policy Monitoring and Report coincided with the US Presidential Election and likely flew under many people's radar. The report provides authoritative up-to-date information on agricultural trade protection and farm subsidies, which many people do not realise because of the official terminology of "support" and central measure of producer support, which combines both elements.
