Going all-in! In today’s fast-paced society, we are always looking for shortcuts or the fastest method to getting something done. It is a myth to think that success comes easy. When James Cameron directed the movie, ‘Titanic,’ he took care of every single detail of the sets to ensure they were historically accurate. From the carpet to the furniture, the silverware, the chandelier glass and the type of wood for the railings. He even had all the dishes stamped with the White Star Line emblem. He also personally met with all the extras and gave them individual backstories. It is no wonder then that ‘Titanic’ went on to become the most successful movie of all time and for the next 12 years. It was later dethroned by his next movie, ‘Avatar.’ There is something we can all learn from here. Go all-in if we want to do something. No cutting of corners. Below were some of my past accolades. I am sharing this not as a show-off but as a testament to the commitment and determination required to achieve success. Just think back of your greatest achievement. Did it come easy? We need to be prepared to put in hard work - the hours of toil, nurturing and resilience and we will reap the sweet harvest of our labour. #doyourbest #hardwork #successtips Click on the notification bell on my profile for latest post. #AngelaOhyourssincerely

Embracing Nostalgia: The Power of Going Retro In a world where "new" often steals the spotlight, my small town has a unique gem - the only bus in town. This retro-vintage vehicle, lovingly operated by a local hotel, transports guests to the nearby wineries and beyond. But what truly fascinates me is their choice to go retro, eschewing the allure of modern flash and panache. Why, you may ask? Because they've uncovered a timeless truth: not everything old is outdated. Let's journey back in time for a moment: - Relationships Mattered. - Experiences Created Memories. - Trips Were Special. Isn't this precisely what we're striving to achieve in our businesses as we shift back to relationship-based models from a transactional process? A wise friend, Paul Meijer, once shared, "Let's not go 'Back to the Basics,' but remain there." And I couldn't agree more. We must grasp our roots, rediscover what worked marvelously in the past, and adapt it to today's markets. This combination will provide our customers with the enriching experiences they seek. Curious about enhancing your profitability, volume, and customer experience? At Lion Partnership, we've structured our team with experts in every vertical of the industry.
