It's alarming to see individuals in the Social sector misappropriating donated funds for personal indulgences, oblivious to the struggles of fundraising. They don't know how hard it is to raise money. Fundraiser work very hard to collect every rupee to help those in need. They don't do it to make you rich, but to help those who need it most. Don't break the trust of donors who give money and those who need help (Affected population). Use the funds for intended purpose – to create a better world, not to indulge in personal comforts. #SocialSectorEthics #QualityAndAccountability #CoreHumanitarianStandards (CHS) #HumanitarianExcellence #HumanitarianStandardsAndGuidelines #AccountableHumanitarianAction #DonorTrustAndTransparency

‘I don’t trust they are using my donation the way they say they are.’ Transparency is a core belief donors value. With an increase of corporations asking people to donate at check-out, distrust of how funds are being used is growing. More than 50% of people do not trust those funds are going to where the corporations say they are going. Why? Because they don’t share success. They don’t show us how they take that money into the community. They aren’t clear if the corporation does keep a percentage for administration costs and if so, how much? Keep your donors informed and be transparent, even if it’s tough. That is where trust will build.

The Tempeo Method, which has been carefully designed to help you manage rising expenses by reducing overspend without cutting back on quality. If you oversee labour spend, ask yourself: are you doing enough to keep costs in check? If not, our team has the capacity to support your needs through peak periods and beyond, ensuring your full overspend is eradicated by the time April 2025 comes around. Check your spend: https://heyor.ca/6oD3TK Check out our company LinkedIn page here: https://heyor.ca/00fQ8p And here’s our promise — if we can’t prove a way to save, we’ll donate £100 to a charity of your choice.
