Why Choose 16-Foot-Wide TPO? Fewer Seams, Less Time: With a wider sheet, you can cover more surface area in a single application. This translates to fewer seams to weld or adhere, drastically reducing labor time and the potential for leaks. Enhanced Durability: Fewer seams mean fewer opportunities for water intrusion. This leads to a more robust roofing system that can withstand the elements, ultimately extending the lifespan of the roof. Streamlined Installation: The ease of handling and applying larger sheets allows applicators to complete jobs more efficiently. This can lead to increased project turnover and the ability to take on more work. Cost-Effective Solutions: By saving on labor costs and minimizing material waste, Carlisle's 16-foot TPO sheet can help improve your bottom line without sacrificing quality. Versatile Applications: Whether for adhered or induction welded applications, this TPO sheet offers flexibility and reliability, making it a suitable choice for various roofing projects. Incorporating Carlisle SynTec Systems 16-foot-wide TPO sheet into your projects means you can do more in less time while ensuring a high-quality finish. Embrace the future of roofing with this innovative solution and watch your efficiency soar! Reach out to your local CSL Representative to discuss which projects are best suited for the new 16-foot TPO sheets. https://lnkd.in/gdWBHYdQ

Many factors are used to determine the possible speed of parts feeding. If your curious on what feeding speed you can achieve for your parts, check out Hoosier Feeders speed calculator tool! For more information on Hoosier Feeder solutions, visit https://lnkd.in/e3zFGCSf #partsfeeding #automation
How fast a part can be fed in a bowl feeder system? That depends. We use several factors to determine the speed a part can be fed during assembly, including: ▪️ Part characteristics ▪️ Composition of the part materials ▪️ Orientation of the part ▪️ Weight of the part ▪️ Process limitations ▪️ Any current issues Depending on these factors, on average, a large vibratory bowl feeder can move 500 - 700 inches per minute or achieve rates anywhere from 1 - 400 ppm. While a centrifugal feeder can move as much as 3,000 inches per minute and exceed rates of 1,000 ppm. Curious how we can speed up your process? Concealed Pendent Activation: 1. A cover plate, which is normally soldered to the retainer ring at three points, falls away ( at designed temp 135F or 165F typically) to expose the sprinkler assembly. 2. The sprinkler deflector may be fixed or supported by the guide pins that allow the deflector to drop down to its operational position. 3. When the rated temperature of the sprinkler is reached, the sprinkler activates allowing water to flow I WOULD NOT WANT TO BE THE PERSON HOLDING THE TORCH!!!

Lets look at something I don't touch on too much. Insulation. We can start with 615+ duct wrap for general duct wrap insulation. What are some issues you folks see in the field inspecting these types of installs? Access? Are you ever able to witness the installs? Actually, what are the standards for special inspections for firestop insulation installs? I know what regs for through penetrations and joints but not wraps! Anyway, how about a video? https://lnkd.in/gMdnyy5i #3m #internationalfirestopcouncil #IFC #firestop #firestopping #firesafety #lifesafety #continuingeducation #constructioneducation #construction #buildinginnovation #buildbetter #buildsmart #passivefireprotection #codeenforcement #buildingcodes #firemarshal #buildinginspections #contractoreducation #constructionmaterials #buildingmaterials #kcmo #inspectors #codesinspectors #firemashals

#BehindTheScenes with our blast pots on the manufacturing floor! Did you know our bulk blasters include several safety features? Safety enhancing features include the CEN™ (controlled expansion nozzle) blowdown, which safely controls the expansion and velocity of exhaust air. This system minimizes the opportunity for dust abrasion of exhaust system components, dramatically reduces noise levels during blowdown to safe levels and allows the operator to fully open the exhaust valve and safely depressurize a 160 cu. ft. unit in about 8 minutes. Other safety features include a 3" flanged cleanout for easy emptying without heavy tools, the Halok® closure safety system that prevents operators from improperly opening and closing the 10" closure, an Ergo-Ladder® system for safe and comfortable access to the 10" closure and Manway Stay Brackets to assist in easy/correct installation of the manway cover.

With a Part Length Repeatability of +/- .005” (.127mm) and Production Speeds up to 400 FPM (122 m/min), no other feed system compares to a Red Bud Industries Grip Feed. This tried-and-true system can produce up to forty 10’ parts per minute. In addition, it can automatically compensate for the camber in your coils in order to influence the diagonal measurements of your finished parts. While the Feed System can process virtually any type of material, it is especially well suited for surface critical applications. The non-marking gripper pads only come into contact with a minimal amount of material along its edges. In addition, the pressure required to hold and feed the strip is significantly less than with other types of feed systems. Consequently, the potential for marking is virtually eliminated. #redbudindustries #coilprocessingequipment #gripfeedsystem https://lnkd.in/gpVcwa-J
