Yesterday, February 21, 2024, I delivered a 3-hour session to 150 business leaders and professionals, focusing on empowering them at level 1 (awareness) and level 2 (active) of the AI maturity model. We explored the opportunities and challenges of the ongoing industrial revolution, delving into AI Tool Directories and workflow redesign strategies. During the session, we experienced the rapid capabilities of AI firsthand by creating a website with Vzy AI, incorporating royalty-free images from Lexica/Midjourney, and animating images using RunwayML/Leonardo AI. Though it differed from my typical multi-day upskilling events, participants engaged in a condensed exercise to grasp the potential of AI quickly. Looking ahead, on February 29, 2024, I'm excited to engage with the Tekedia mini-MBA 2024 cohort in a virtual class. Introducing 'Dynamic Learning Pathways', the team brought together vast amounts of publicly-available data from the Chartered Insurance Institute, EDII's future skills, #Insurtech information, general knowledge and much, much, more, and built a system.
