According to a recent report, over the last year, 43% of companies have set limits around their remote work policies or mandated a return to the office. The main reason? Employers are uneasy about the concept of remote work. So, rather than address the root causes of this concern, leaders are taking a hardline approach to flexible work schedules and pushing employees back to their desks. Why are less people able to work remotely since the pandemic? Why is there an ongoing push from companies to get employees back in the office?
