Because I suddenly get emails from across Ontario supporting the ideas espoused. To wit: "Very impressed with tvos show on sewage and the massive problems of water obstacles and filtering of municipal water. Home Inspection need to be implemented similar to emission testing for cars. Im a home owner and l feel a cost would be added to your taxes if non -compliance of the inspection. Homeowners would have two years to adhere to inspection. To insure the public was on board, a tax incentive for being compliant. Win/win situation,employing inspectors,fixing part of the water waste, subcontracting downspout diversion products and tax break on subpump retooling instead of a 10,000 fine you were emphasizing."
