Formal Complaint Regarding Defective Product and Poor Service RHEEM PERU Rheem International Customer Service, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the extremely poor service and defective product we have encountered with our recent purchase. Over 15 days ago, we bought a water heater from your company, for which we also paid for a feasibility study. To our dismay, we were sold a product that was not in stock. Furthermore, the technicians who conducted the feasibility study performed a substandard installation. They were not qualified and attempted to charge us an excessive fee for the ductwork, amounting to nearly half the cost of the water heater. They also showed us a manometer indicating a lack of pressure, which was incorrect as they had failed to fully open the gas valve. After considerable delays, the supposed head technician from Rheem arrived, only to reveal a lack of knowledge about building safety systems. Despite his efforts, we have now been enduring four days with a water heater that runs for only two minutes before shutting off.

Additionally, to exacerbate the situation, your team has lost our sales receipt and is unable to locate it. The entire experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. We expect a company of Rheem's reputation to provide high-quality products and competent service, neither of which we have received. We request immediate action to resolve this issue, including a proper installation of a functioning water heater and a replacement of our lost sales receipt. We also expect a refund for the feasibility study due to the incompetence demonstrated by your technicians. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. We look forward to your swift resolution of these issues.
