June is Men's Health Month! Despite services for males being a core component of #TitleX services, males are less likely to seek care in sexual and reproductive health settings. Our latest toolkit provides Title X staff with strategies and tools to assess their readiness to engage male clients, and strengthen their project infrastructure and capacity for providing and promoting SRH services to males: https://lnkd.in/g7SvqdsV #MensHealthMonth

*NEW* on rhntc.org: Providing sexual and reproductive health (SRH) services to males—including contraceptive services, preconception health services, STI services, etc.—is a core component of the #TitleX Program and the Quality Family Planning Recommendations, yet males of reproductive age are less likely to go to a Title X clinic for them. Some may be unaware that they're available; others may think that Title X services are for females only. At the same time, some Title X staff—including front desk staff, medical assistants, and clinical services providers—may feel less comfortable, less prepared, or uncertain about serving male clients. Our new toolkit aims to provide Title X staff with strategies and tools to assess their readiness to engage male clients, and strengthen their project infrastructure and capacity for providing and promoting SRH services to males: https://lnkd.in/g7SvqdsV
