Hey hospitality heroes! As we approach the weekend, let's celebrate YOU for creating unforgettable guest experiences. At Tablz, we see this firsthand through the guest requests flowing through our platform. The desire for personalization is booming among diners, and these requests illustrate this growing trend. Setting the Stage: "We're celebrating a special occasion. Can we request a window table for a romantic ambiance?" or "Entertaining Important business clients. Prefer the corner booth on the right, if facing out to the city view." Sweet Celebrations: "It's my partner's birthday! Could we arrange a surprise dessert with a message?" or "It’s my 22nd birthday! Possible to get balloons?" Special Touches: "Is there a way to pre-order a bottle of wine for our arrival?" or "We are short on time before our show. Can we pre-order a selection of appetizers to be brought out as soon as we arrive?" What are your thoughts, hospitality leaders? What's the most memorable guest request you've fulfilled recently? Share your stories in the comments! #GuestFulfillment #PersonalizedService #TablzMagic #CreatingMemories #RestaurantLife

Experienced strategist specializing in Banquet Hall & Hotel business optimisation. Leveraging a decade of industry insight, I craft innovative strategies for revenue maximisation and guest satisfaction.
Ever attended a banquet where the grandeur faded but the stories lingered? Magnificent chandeliers, gourmet meals, and sparkling silverware often paint the first layer of a memorable banquet. However, strip away the opulence, and the essence truly unravels. It's not the lavishness that etches these gatherings in our memories; it's the stories shared between the walls. Imagine a room buzzing not with the clinking of glasses but with laughter, heartfelt conversations, and the warmth of shared experiences. These are the moments that stick, long after the last guest leaves. It's the unexpected connections, the shared vulnerabilities, and the laughter that resonates through time. In a world captivated by materialistic charm, the true magic of banquets unfolds in the human spirit's resilience to find joy, companionship, and understanding in the most ordinary moments. It's a gentle reminder that at the heart of every grand event lies the simple, yet profound power of storytelling. Next time you find yourself amidst the splendour of a banquet, look beyond the surface. Engage, listen, and share. Because the most unforgettable banquets aren't remembered for how they looked, but for how they made us feel.

What do you do when cocktail hour is about to be as dry as the Sahara? Have you ever been dying of thirst, and there wasn't a drop of water to be found? Now imagine your wedding guests feeling that way! It happens more often than you might think, but quick thinking and collaboration can save the day. When helping to manage an event, I often find that couples have chosen to source their own beverages for the bar and may have a family friend tending that bar. Typically, cocktails and mixers are on their minds, but unfortunately, bottled water gets lost in the shuffle. I know this is a common oversight for many wedding planners. So, even though I am there as the catering manager, I always add it to my checklist while setting up an event. Recently, I caught this oversight just in time before the bride walked down the aisle. I sent my dishwasher rushing to the store to grab bottled water before the guests streamed into cocktail hour. The wedding planner and bartender were grateful for the catch and the quick action. The happy couple remained unaware of the potential problem. A successful wedding is a collective effort not only between the client and their vendors but also among the vendors themselves. It should never be about assigning blame or responsibility, as we all share the responsibility for our client's happiness.

I always try to take the good from the bad Negative can always be transformed into positive (or useful learnings) Here’s an example 👉 I celebrated my 30th birthday at the famous Marina Bay Sands Hotel It was a complete privilege, and a surprise from my wife at the end of our honeymoon One evening we went to one of the hotel restaurants This was probably the most expensive restaurant I’ve been to (DJ Steve Aoki was there!) The atmosphere was great, and the food was incredible The service was… awful Unfortunately, as soon as the waiter realised we weren't ordering the most expensive bottle of fizz, his attitude changed He became dismissive, rude, and inattentive This was in complete contrast to the loud, drunk, and obnoxious table next to us, living it up like The Wolf of Wall St What should have been one of the most enjoyable meals ever, was marred by one component of the experience ⚡This stuck with me and inspired me to think about my own business⚡ We have a rule that our clients shouldn't know if they're our smallest or largest They should all feel like VIPs All are fairly appreciated and served at a superior standard Communication is regular Our staff takes the time to get to know your business We understand how you like to work We listen to your needs We're proactive We believe every pillar of the service needs to be upheld Guess what? It leads to happy clients and consistently great results #marketingagency #marketingservices #singapore

I own 3 restaurants. In most cases, I don't get to enjoy festivals, holidays and weekends. But when I do, I make sure I celebrate the festival like there's no tomorrow! The joys of celebrating these occasions with family and friends. The joy of coming together on a special day. The joy of being with the right people. These moments often pass by in a blur of activity and hustle. People working in restaurant industry can feel me. While most people are gearing up to unwind and enjoy the festivities... We are gearing up for the busiest times of the year. Weekends? Busy. Festivals? Busy. Holidays? Busy. Amidst these busy days, there's a certain satisfaction. Satisfaction in knowing that our dedication keeps the heartbeats of our businesses alive. We may sacrifice our own celebrations. But we are glad our sacrifice is making your celebrations even more amazing. And I wouldn't have it any other way. There are times when I miss out on family gatherings or holiday traditions. But at the end of the day, seeing the smiles on my customers' faces makes it all worth it. The owners. The chefs. The servers. The managers. They are working tirelessly to ensure your dining experience is nothing short of extraordinary. And that is the spirit of hospitality at its finest. PS: Happpppy Holi everyone. #hospitality #restaurantindustry #restaurant #business #entrepreneurship
