It's World Mental Health Day and this years theme is workplace mental health 🙏 According to the Mental Health Foundation, 875,000 of us have suffered from work related stress, depression or anxiety over recent years. I find that figure staggering! This is a little reminder to talk to someone if you are starting to feel overwhelmed, or to reach out and start a conversation with a colleague if they are showing signs of stress. The Mental Health Foundation have some great tips on their website! As for me, I am going to remember to actually step away from my computer today and get some fresh air 🌳.
