All the best ice cream in the country. Back in the early 1900s, pretty much everywhere had their own local dairy. We started in 1907 as a butter company. We stopped making butter in 1958 and concentrated solely on ice cream. From there, we really took the philosophy, let's grow at the pace that we could handle. And so from the 60s really into current our, our goal is not necessarily to be #1 in fact, we don't really talk about being number one. We do talk a lot about. In the very best we can be and that's where we put all of our concentration. And the same is true in the R&D lab. And when they're able to take a a concept and take it all the way to a finished product, it's, it's really exciting to see because that's when the magic actually comes to life. We typically get our ideas from everywhere, but there are four main areas that we gather ideas from. One of them being our consumers. So they're always writing in, posting on social media, calling in with with their own ideas. We take all of the ideas that have come in throughout the year and there's a group of us that sit down and we go over that huge list of ideas. It can be upwards of 200 ideas to to make the flavors that we make it. It is a process. It's not just the ingredients, but the matter in which everything goes together, of course, with a little sprinkle magic at the very end. So I've received a letter back in 2010 and it's still one of the top of my list of of the letters. It was a lady that wrote about her grandfather that actually had passed away that morning or her grandfather had an ice chest of bluebell. And he would keep every single flavor that we had out. But eventually Alzheimer's took his, took his mind over and they would take the family would take homemade vanilla to him. It was that moment that his eyes would sparkle again and justice for that moment. They got their paw back. And boy, when you read those, those words, you know then that you know what you're doing. It's not just ice cream. It's making memories. And that's really what we're in the business to do, is to make memories and to get you through bad times and celebrate good times.
