Does your company have an excellence culture? At Taizo.in, we believe our team is our most valuable asset. We know that a successful workplace cannot tolerate mediocrity. Imagine coming to work every day, excited to be part of a team that strives for greatness. That’s the kind of environment we aim to create. Our mentor once told us, "Assume everyone wants to be great at their job. Now help them figure out how." This mindset guides everything we do at Taizo.in. We set high expectations because we know our employees want to be challenged. We support and reward them appropriately because we value their contributions. We understand that tolerating low performers can drive away our best talent. That’s why we’re committed to fostering a culture of high performance. So, if you’re ready to take your organization to the next level, start by cultivating a culture of excellence. Your team will thank you, and your results will speak for themselves. If you found this helpful, reshare this post to your network and follow me, Vinoth Mani.

Ya’ll - read Bethany Wroe's post 👇 This is how you treat candidates. You give them an update. You communicate with them like a human. You know the market and are prepared for the volume of candidates (and actually review their resumes). You don’t make candidates “bid” against each other (and themselves) by asking their pay requirements. It’s not rocket-science and it's not hard. People remember how you behave when the tide is high - AND when it is low. To the talent folks out there representing crappy TA practices - we know you don't always have decision-rights (deep sigh) but please try to make changes in your org. You never know when you might be back in the talent pool.
Mind blown🤯 So I posted a role last week looking for someone to come and join my team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. I knew it would be popular, I guess I didn't understand just how popular it would be. Over 900 applications so far, countless messages and so many emails. I'm blown away. I can't emphasise enough just how many talented people are on the market right now. It fills me with happiness that so many want to come and work here at Sweaty Betty but also deep sadness that the Talent market is the way it is right now. I'm working my way through all the applications and I will get back to everyone this week. ❤

(When FIOS was new) I would be my assigned location, talking to clients, and working with the team. Writing sales order after sales order. Breaking records. Feeling awesome! 🤩 Then, I heard the GM was unhappy with me being in the store. He thought I was a distraction for the customers and didn't understand why I was there. He was a tough critic and could either give me access to his team… or put me on an island. I couldn't understand what I was doing wrong. I didn't think I was being a bad partner either… I was: 😀Selling their products with mine. 😀Wanted to learn about the team. 😀Willing to learn. 😀Professional. 😀Engaged. 😀Friendly. 😀On time. But, still….. I was just seen as another vender he had to "give space to."😟 Then I realized something.💡 They had no idea how much revenue I was bringing into the store. Because they never had someone in my role before. I did some homework and with the help of their manager, dove into reporting. From there - 𝗕𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗢𝗅 The "Notional Margin" line. It was bursting with PURE PROFIT. From my sales volume. 𝗜 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗴𝘂𝗮𝗴𝗲 🤗 From there on, I went over the scorecard with him each day I was there. His eyes grew, as did his perceived value of me in the location. Soon, I was in charge of coaching and training the entire store on… Selling Verizon. Shortly after, that store was pushing out 60% of all Best Buy Verizon Fios Sales ….in the Country This unlocked my passion for #𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽. When the program was shut down unexpectedly, that same GM offered me a job on the spot. And that started my 5 year career at Best Buy, which led to opportunity after opportunity leading others. BDR & SDR Leader at Aircall - We drive growth in France, Italy, Israel and Middle using Aircall a leading AI-powered communication platform.
Today I've been managing the business development and sales development teams at Aircall for 4 months. I've learnt a lot. I've had the opportunity to : - Strengthen my leadership: Managing a team has enabled me to develop management skills and strengthen my ability to inspire and motivate my team members. - Optimizing internal processes: Working with my team, we have identified and implemented a number of process improvements, increasing our operational efficiency and our ability to achieve our KPIs. - Reworking messaging: We've reviewed and optimised our messaging to make it more punchy and in tune with our prospects' expectations, which has considerably improved our customer engagement. - Implementing activities on LinkedIn: I encouraged the team to use LinkedIn strategically, sharing relevant content and participating in discussions, thereby increasing our visibility and influence on the platform. - Recruiting top talent: I was actively involved in the recruitment process, seeking to attract and integrate talented professionals who share our vision and values, which was essential in strengthening our team and supporting our growth. However, these 4 months have not been without their challenges. I also had to : - Rebuild a team: Recruiting and integrating new talent while maintaining the cohesion of the existing team was a real challenge, but essential to ensure our long-term success. - Dealing with uncertainty: There were times when I didn't have all the answers. Learning to navigate uncertainty and make decisions with the information available was a valuable lesson. - Dealing with pressure: Working in high-pressure environments and ensuring that ambitious targets were met while maintaining positive team morale required great resilience. I am extremely grateful for this opportunity and the trust placed in me by Sean Hayes. I look forward to continuing to learn and contribute to Aircall's success.🚀

We help leaders find top talent! Recruiting & Retention Specialist• CILCSA Board President•Trusted Servant with The Salvation Army•Community Ambassador for The Outlet•2nd Chance Advocate & Recovery Coach.
It's amazing to see the impact we can have on someone's life. Today, I spoke with a gentleman we helped get a sales role last May. He was hesitant at first, transitioning from retail management. We reinforced that he had all the skills, qualities, and experience needed to be successful. Since joining the company, they have grown each month, last month hitting $80,000 in revenue! He told me today, "Mike, I didn't know if this was a good idea, but having you and your team involved helped me take the leap." It's so rewarding to hear that he's finding success and enjoying his weekends with his family. His success makes the company successful. I ❤️ this stuff!! #successmindset #careerdevelopment #salesgrowth #impactinglives #helpingpeople

The AfterSell team offsite was an incredible 2-day experience that took place last week in Victoria B.C 🏔 ✈️ And what we realized after the event, is that the AfterSell team is quickly on their way to greatness 🏆 Each member of the team is a master of their individual discipline and dedicated to supercharging growth, which is required to scale a growing business 🚀 So how did we build such an incredible team? We interviewed for the following traits in the following order of importance: 1. Humanity first ❤️: More critical than any other traits, as we were hiring the AfterSell team, we interviewed for humanity. For empathy, for EQ, for strength of character. 2. Mission-driven 🌟: Almost everyone joined AfterSell for its mission to help eCommerce brands drive more revenue with our best-in-class upselling features - and it's a deep connection to that mission that binds us together. 3. Function expertise 💼: Our team members are best-in-class for their function and levels. Our interview process enabled us to confirm that they know their stuff so that now we have trust in their knowledge. As part of our day, we split up into teams and set-up a contest to see who could come up with the most 🔥 idea to drive growth for Network Offers – the winner got to pick between dumping water on Dhruv Patel's head or take advantage of $100's of dollars in free perks... can you guess what we picked? 😂

Recently, one of our recruitment team members was getting criticized in a meeting. Gaining experience as a Customer Onboarding Specialist at Taizo.in is not without its challenges. However, one particular incident highlights the encouraging atmosphere we cultivate in our team. I was forced to intervene and speak up for them when a discussion at a meeting that they weren't in took place. I recognized that their potential was greater than the short-term setback. After the meeting, I sat down with the rep and shared a simple message: "Others are talking, but it's up to you to show them what you're made of. Let your actions speak volumes. I believe in you, and so does the team." Their response was nothing short of remarkable. By the end of the quarter, they had surpassed expectations, achieving an impressive 130% of their quota. It's a testament to their resilience and the unwavering support of our team here at Taizo.in. This experience brought to mind a valuable lesson from our COO, Vinoth Mani: the best managers are those who stand by their team, especially during challenging times. #teambonding

I am thrilled to share that I am taking on a new role at GlideFast – I have been promoted to Service Delivery Manager – Engagement Management & Customer Success Management! I am proud to be part of such an amazing team of professionals and truly great humans! GlideFast has repeatedly surpassed my expectations. I give every organization a 6-month window, what I call the honeymoon period. When you are just happy to have the job, and everything looks rosy. After that, you start to see the cracks and the underbelly, For me, it usually starts to get hard about that time. But not GlideFast! There are cracks and challenges – they are human and growing. BUT they are amazing. Here are the 3 big reasons that make GlideFast the BEST company I have ever worked for; 1) The first notable difference at GlideFast is that I am HEARD. Being heard is a big part of feeling respected. I feel heard and respected every day. 2) The other big thing for me is the care and love of the GlideFast HUMANS. Everyone is allowed and encouraged to take time for themselves, for their families and self-improvement. Everyone is allowed to be human and make mistakes and learn. Team members cover for each other. They step in and make things happen so someone can make it their kid’s game, take a long weekend with friends, or finish a class. We are expected to be human, to make mistakes, have problems or distractions, and to need to step away. And when that happens, the GlideFast family, rallies! 3) And finally, I am a huge customer advocate. I believe in partnerships, not an “us vs. them” approach. GlideFast is a true partner with their customers. They make it easy for me to advocate for my customer. They go above and beyond. I am proud to be part of an organization that understands how important our role is in our customer’s success. We are able to make things happen! As I step into this new role, I want to say thank you to a couple of people. Guy Nadivi, PMP, who reminded me how much I enjoy the Customer Success role. Looks like that is where I landed 😊 To Ben Nuthak who encouraged me to continue to knock on GlideFast’s door. And finally, thank you to the GlideFast family for making GlideFast a place of hope and optimism! #GlideFast #ServiceNow #GlideFastJourney
