In my daily quest to discover and showcase innovative parts in our production space, I came across a fascinating demonstrator that highlights the exceptional resolution we can achieve with Lithography-based Metal Manufacturing (LMM). ✨ Material: This as-sintered part, with no surface treatment, is crafted from 99.9% pure copper. Recent conductivity measurements show an impressive 90% of solid pure copper, highlighting the potential for applications in advanced heat transfer and electrical connectors. 🔧 Process Insight: This design serves as a test for cleaning our green parts, particularly during the de-caking step (similar to de-powdering in other sinter-based AM technologies).
