Hopefully our bidders have seen this change in PASSPort, but - For projects advertised after 3/1, no more dropping off the paper bid submission form. If you choose to use a certified check for bid security, you still have to drop that off on bid day. Do note that it is only for projects advertised after 3/1, and DDC currently has several construction RFx in advertisement this does not apply to (HWPR20MCL, HWPR19MC1, LBM16GSFC, MED669, and P-413QCF1). You still have to drop off the paper bid submission form for these, as noted in the PASSPort RFx.
