In podcasting, a lot of feelings of success come from download numbers. More downloads = more listeners = being more attractive to (much-needed) sponsorship $$$. This is really hard to achieve with a niche podcast that has a cyclical audience, so there are many days where I just don't feel successful. But in talking with Jamal, I learned that redefining success can help my mental outlook a lot more. Doesn't always help pay the bills, but it provides a better base from which to build from. #success #podcasting #sports #paralympics

As i was watching the ongoing Olympics.. I came to understand one point that all the Athletes are almost at equal levels when it comes to there Skills, efforts and training.. And the Margins of Victory are Wafer thin.. There is just a Gap of 0.1 points or 0.1 secs between a Gold silver and Bronze medals.. What makes them a winner is there Mental ability to be Resilient and stay calm and focused during pressure situations.. How many times do you feel such pressure situations in your work and personal life and how do you react to it would make a difference between your Gold wins and losses.. As in Life too the Margins for Wins and losses are similar to an Olympic bout.. You need to train your Mind Body and Spirit like a Olympic Althlete to come out a winner.. #LifeCoach.

Coaching is not only about being “Mr Motivator”, insightful, inspiring & knowledgeable, but it’s also about being accountable and responsible for the Objective data of your Athletes 📈 Building an Athlete’s belief and motivation comes from what we can see in the non-bias Objective results ⭐️ This far outweighs the Subjective … the voices that scream: “I’m tired”, “I can’t”, “I won’t ever be able to do that”. Having the data and the skills to Interpret “fuels” the Coach-Athlete relationship and it’s here we can then really knuckle down and redesign the Season / Programme goals This data is for one of my Team USA 🇺🇸 Age Group 70.3 and Ironman Athletes - we have seen a 10% increase in his 60min FTP in just under 9 weeks. #strengthandconditioningtraining #strength #strengthtraining #football #elite #athlete #coaching #triathlontraining #cyclingroad #swimming #rugby #rugbyleague #hockey #marathon #ironmantraining #workinghard #goals #goalsetting
