Anti-oxidants are crucial additives across a range of industries. Acrylamide microplastics are produced via several industrial and chemical manufacturing, e.g. the production of dyes, paper plastics, and textiles as well as, the drinking water treatment. Unfortunately, these monomers are also non-biodegradable and can enter directly human body via different pathways e.g. respiratory system, food ingestion, and, skin contact while exhibiting various toxicity symptoms such as genotoxicity neurotoxicity and reaction products carcinogenicity.
