Giving Tuesday… Make a Difference For the last several months, I’ve had the privilege of working with Let's Talk Science | Parlons sciences, Canada's largest STEM outreach organization. This experience has been nothing short of inspiring. We are living in a world that is constantly evolving—one that demands adaptability and resilience. For those of us working in education, it’s clear that providing accessible learning experiences is more important than ever. Through Let's Talk Science we are working to ensure that young people across the country, regardless of their background or circumstances, have the knowledge and tools to navigate and thrive in this competitive and often disruptive world. While we’re all motivated by different things, one constant remains: the desire to make a difference. For me, that’s always been the driving force. We never truly know how much time we have, so it’s essential to spend that time focused on leaving the world in a better place than we found it. Next week, we mark Giving Tuesday and as I reflect on the causes that matter most to me, I’m especially excited to support Let’s Talk Science and the programs it offers. But I’m also inspired to encourage friends, family, and colleagues to consider giving back in whatever way feels meaningful to them. Whether it's through donating to a cause close to your heart, volunteering your time, or simply spreading awareness, every action makes a difference. Let’s inspire our networks to give back. Together, we can create lasting change and ensure that we are building a future where everyone has great opportunities to succeed.
