Remember............ the #1 reason you are in sales is to MAKE SALES. Having a pretty Sales Force dashboard and tons of activity mean nothing if you do not have sales backing up that activity.   If you are putting in the work, your activity will be there but if you’re putting in the work and you aren't getting sales, re-evaluate how you are doing things. Don't get bogged down into how many calls you made or how many emails you sent. Concentrate on finding business and closing the deal.
