Hi there guys, it's Alex here from Property Sense Investments. Hope you're having a great week now. Apologies I am dressed a little casual today, but today is a travel day for me, me and a few of my other colleagues. We're heading down to London this evening and we will be attending tomorrow the Landlord Investment Show. It is a great event. We look forward to this day every time it pops up in our Diaries and we'll be meeting with a few new clients, a few existing clients and seeing some familiar faces in the industry. And having just some good conversations with them over pretty decent coffee, if I might say so myself. So what else is going on in the business right now? Well, Mike, our CEO and founder, he's actually currently in London, North London to be precise, looking at a few projects. So we'll keep you posted on that, but we've got to be a bit hush hush at the moment. Really exciting things to come there. But the team that are staying here from Manchester, they're currently cracking on with loads of refurbishments, our properties all across the country that we've got going on right now. They're bringing on more investment. They're also bringing on more properties. So it's a really exciting time for us here at Property Sense Investments in more exciting news as well. We've actually got a new member of staff starting next week and this member of staff, they've got a really positive energy about them. They're gonna be great for the team and they've got some great ideas. So we look forward to introducing them to you next week. And of course it is that time of year we are publishing our final or sort of end of year accounts. And so that'll be live upon Companies House very soon. And so, yeah, lots going on, lots to tell you about, lots to keep you informed with. And of course, we always want to bring you guys along for the journey.
