This is the question I have been asked to answer at Groceryshop Vegas.
This will be my third time attending the event, and my first time presenting.
There are many 'paid for' ways of getting attention in our industry. However, when you are asked, with 'no commercials or strings attached', to present your proprietary intelligence in front of a senior retail industry audience, it's quite an honour and accolade.
At Shoptalk Europe in Barcelona in March, we shared insights into the correlation of financial value gained by those that 'have' certain SEEC capabilities v those that have not.
The session that I will speak at in Vegas is on Day 1 (Oct 7th), Track 3 on the topic of '𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐎𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬'. In collaboration with Ben Miller and his team, we have agreed to present fresh intelligence on what it truly takes to be leaders in digital commerce.
