6moGreat point. Almost every large corporate client tells me the same thing: "We have well-being activities provided by HQ, why should we invest in a local provider? (me)". I ask about the engagement rates with these activities, does the company measure any well-being metrics and so on. Another point to consider: in countries where the official language differ than the language the well-being solutions are provided in, the engagement is usually quite low. Or Hever.
