Hybrid working and Wellbeing I have noticed a trend over the last 12 months of more people who are working remotely or hybrid wanting new roles that are more office based. Reasons vary, but more and more often it is due to feelings of isolation and not being connected with their team. It is clear people still very much value to flexibility hybrid working offers, but there does appear to be a growing motivator for jobseekers.
