#1 reason why you should use Underground Admins as your go-to technology and tech sales recruiting agency?(this is a shocking post that I will never apologize for) We don't suck. Seems like a pretty obvious thing right? Not sucking at your job. Shouldn't really need to be said. But it's not that easy to accomplish in recruiting. I know a lot of sucky recruiters and some yuge sucky agencies. Big ones all full of sucky people I've worked with a lot of recruiters over my tenure and felt like I had a good team but if I'm being honest, a lot of them were terrible. Doing the calls to hit the metrics to cash another check and hit the one placement they need a month to not get fired. If you're a recruiter and this offends you, I have bad news. you probably suck And you're making my sales pitches super easy these days. It goes like this, *ring ring* "hello" "hi this is Richie Lampani, is this Daphne the Hiring Manager?" "Yes it is what do you want" "well I'm a recruiter that doesn't suck" "WHAT YOU'RE HIRED" and then I go to my PO Box and pick up my bag of jewels she sent like 45-60 days after that call. Seriously. stop sucking, you're killing me here people. Or actually do and when those companies find out you're terrible I'll just scoop them. Because I don't suck and neither does my team. #recruiterlife
