Today, I had the incredible opportunity to participate in a women's panel event Stand For Women, the Special Edition of Women’s Journeys: “DIALOGOS EN FEMENINO PLURAL” From Corporate to Entrepreneurship. One of the panelists, Zakie Karam, shared a profound statement. She said, "It is a journey, whether I succeed or fail, it's okay." These words resonate deeply within me and remind me of the importance of embracing every step of my personal and professional journey, regardless of the outcome. Today, I want to share this empowering sentiment with all of you. Let us remember that success and failure are not endpoints but rather part of the continuous process of growth and learning. Embrace your journey, celebrate your victories, and learn from your setbacks. #WomenEmpowerment #PersonalGrowth #EmbraceYourJourney

In today's world, trying to keep up and stay true to ourselves, especially as women, is a bit of a juggle. It’s really inspiring to see how other women around us manage it all. Simona Deifta 🍶 founder of NOJO, nailed it down to three key things: 1. Networking and Collaboration: It’s all about making connections, working together, and opening up opportunities for women in business. When we team up, there's no stopping us. 2. Empowerment through Example: Sharing what we know and our experiences can really lift up those just starting out. It’s about lighting the way for the next bunch of leaders. 3. Supporting Women-Owned Businesses: Simple choices like where we shop can make a huge difference. Supporting women-owned businesses is a solid way to do our bit. This is why being part of 'Buy Women Built' feels so right. This International Women’s Day, let’s give a shoutout to the amazing women and make a pledge to back up the incredible work women are doing everywhere. #InternationalWomensDay #SupportWomenEntrepreneurs #WomenInBusiness

2 weeks in and the effort being put in by these women is so admirable! 🔥 Last week’s assignment was so tough. I forgot when I was giving such a hefty task, that I’ll be the one to review 13 submissions. 😅 It took me 3 hours on Friday to get through all of them and leave proper feedback. I’m super proud of all 13 women for trusting me, trusting the process and putting in the work. Truly. Cheers to laying solid business foundations that’ll lead to sustainable, long-term growth! #BusinessFoundations #WomenOwnedBusinesses #MarketingSpecialist

𝗜 𝗖𝗔𝗡 𝗕𝗘 𝗪𝗛𝗢 𝗜 𝗖𝗔𝗡 𝗦𝗘𝗘 Role models matter. Seeing women like ourselves succeed in varied roles sparks belief in what's possible. They teach us that we can face any challenge with grit and still take care of ourselves. Their stories fuel our ambitions and encourage us to think, "I can be who I can see." We gain strength from these powerful examples. By sharing our journeys, we inspire and prepare future generations to lead confidently. Our stories matter. And we all have a responsibility to tell them. Embracing our stories helps propel other women towards their own success stories. #TellYourStory #RoleModelsMatter #BeWhoYouCanSee

Growth-minded women often find themselves wondering, 'Is my goal too big?' It’s like society has this script that it’s a man’s world, but guess what? Women are carving out their own spaces at the table now. The real hurdle? It’s our own thoughts, our inner critics. This was a game-changer realization for me after I got my first mentor on board. What I do now is pretty simple yet powerful: I help women transform into their best selves by guiding them to build a brand that’s not just successful, but truly resonates with who they are. I held a belief for a while that in order to be taken seriously and be successful in business, that meant I had to down play parts of myself or repackage myself so people wouldn’t make assumptions. Well I’m happy to tell you that belief has been left in the dust and I am here to shout from the rooftops for other women in business and female founders that you can lead AND do it your rhinestone heels! A while back I was asked to be part of a project called SHE MEANS BUSINESS (stay tuned 👀) and in that initial conversation I was asked, what do I want to share with other women? Without hesitation, the above thought came pouring out. This idea that when we lead with our feminine energy we are more powerful. So what does that mean? We can be direct and encouraging. We can forge a new path and enroll others to join us. We can lead a boardroom and a household. We are intelligent, driven, passionate and everything in between. It doesn’t have to be an either/or… it’s AND. Women do many things differently… especially business. That gets to be celebrated not judged. Here’s to my powerful ladies in leadership who are unapologetically themselves and to those who are on their way to becoming them. #femalefounder #womeninbusiness #womenintech #feminineleadership #femalefounderscollective
