⚠ WARNING... Some sentimental thoughts ahead 😭 Had a really great conversation this morning in my MMAC Roundtable Group about the importance of Company Culture. That, combined with some reflection from a long-time group member about owning his company for 25 years, really had me thinking deeply about what it is all about. Here is where I landed... Businesses need to make money to survive. That's a fact. But at the end of the day is that really what it's all about? Is that the sole defining factor of success? For me, true success is measured by the strength of our company culture, the communities/people we support, and the relationships we build along the way. I firmly believe that by prioritizing people, culture, and relationships, long-term success (and profits) will naturally follow. I hope I get to look back on this post in 22 years (what would be my 25th anniversary of owning Top Floor) and say that I was right. And if not, then I hope I found a new gig that brings me just as much joy as this one!

Limited Growth: Lack of career advancement prospects drives employees to seek better opportunities. Toxic Culture: Negative work environment and bad coworkers prompt exits. Inadequate Rewards: Low pay, benefits, and recognition make employees look elsewhere. Work-Life Imbalance: Excessive demands without balance push employees to find healthier options. Above all reason and toxic environment is because of most qualified management in the company who want retain his control in any way and stop the growth and decentralization.

Jackie Chan's life is a testament to perseverance, hard work, and resilience. Here's a brief life advice inspired by his journey: "Fall down seven times, stand up eight." Jackie Chan's career is marked by countless injuries, failures, and setbacks. However, he never gave up. He continued to push himself, learn from his mistakes, and rise above challenges. This advice encourages us to: - Embrace failure as a learning opportunity - Develop a growth mindset - Cultivate resilience and perseverance - Never give up on our passions and goals Just like Jackie Chan, we can turn our struggles into strengths and achieve success through determination and hard work.
