I have the pleasure to participate with the French delegation in the Franco-Saudi Investment Forum in Riyadh on Tuesday 03/12. The forum, under the slogan "Saudi Vision 2030 - France's 2030 Plan: Mutual Investments through Visions", is being held on the occasion of the State visit of the President of the Republic Emmanuel Macron to Saudi Arabia. The forum includes dialogue sessions with Saudi and French ministers; senior executives and prominent business leaders from both countries. They will discuss partnership opportunities between the two countries, long-term cooperation, innovation and mutual growth in vital sectors. This forum is an extension of the remarkable achievements made in investment relations between the Kingdom and France, with France being the leading source of foreign direct investment (FDI) flows to the Kingdom among the G20 countries. FDI flows from France to Saudi Arabia amounted to more than 11.2 billion Saudi riyals in 2023 Several conferences addressed topics of crucial importance for the future of the two countries, including harnessing the digital transformation, the environment, promoting green energy initiatives and enhancing cultural exchanges.

The answer lies in Vision 2030, Saudi Arabia’s roadmap for the future. By inviting foreign businesses, the Kingdom isn’t just diversifying its economy – it’s creating opportunities for innovation, sustainability, and global collaboration.
