What fatherhood is not— (I know this firsthand) →losing sight of deeper motivations →pursuing success without purpose →missing out on key moments →focusing solely on wealth →neglecting the 'why' Let me explain… Fatherhood is about creating a life you're proud of and being present for your kids. And not just about accumulating wealth and success. That doesn’t serve anyone. (believe it or not, it doesn’t serve you either) And being a father isn’t a ‘provide & disappear’ situation either… You need to be actively involved in your kids' lives, not just present in name. Instead… This is what fatherhood is— →fostering supportive and loving relationships →attending important events and activities →embracing both good and bad moments →teaching resilience and possibility Accept that being a father isn’t just about achieving personal goals. It takes time to build a supportive environment. An environment that nurtures and inspires your kids. Focus on the purpose first. On how you can be there for them. The achievements will follow. PS— As we celebrate Father's Day, let’s remember to honor all the dedicated dads and their important role. Happy Father's Day!

💯 to be honest I dread fatherhood because of the weight of that responsibility on top of everything I want to do in life. The more fathers I talk to, the less it sounds like a weight and more of a privilege.

Yes! It is all about being present with your kids. Success to them is having a dad that was there. This is why I have boundaries on how much I am at work. The rest of the time, I am playing with them :)
