💡 Helpful tips to support talent attraction for project hiring ramp-up! ▪ Ensure your Job Descriptions (JD) include your company description and also a brief overview of the project. ▪ Align your jobs to your staffing plan. ▪ Keep your 'Key Responsibilities' short, most job seekers are reading your job from their smartphone. ▪ Ensure your JD 'Qualifications' capture the desired years of experience and any specific technical skills required. ▪ Publish your job(s) to your career site, and preferred job boards.
