The DBN had an onboarding refresher with the mentors that serve on the National Mentoring and Coaching program (NMCP) yesterday, 15 February 2024. During the session everyone involved, reflected on their mentoring interventions, with a 130 mentees nation-wide. The lessons learned, the challenges experienced and the impact the NMCP has on SMEs. The session then reminded mentors of the deliverables of the NMCP and honed their skills as they prepare to kickoff a second intake of 150 mentees from all regions. A big shout out to our mentors, make a difference where you are and make an impact on SMEs and Namibians. #mentoringandcoaching #expectmore
