World Cup, 2026 is coming to PA & NY: The Mid-Atlantic - Eurasia Business Council, Mid-Atlantic International Chambers, Associations, and World Trade Centers are continuing programs to showcase the history of the U.S. bid along with successful regional efforts which made Philadelphia and New York Soccer World Cup 2026 hosts; present some World Cup participating countries; and discuss the dynamic convergence of sports together with technology as well as new business opportunities for the Mid-Atlantic region. As FIFA recently announced, Philadelphia and New York have been selected to host a total of fourteen World Cup matches. Among these, is the highly anticipated Fourth of July game, taking place in Philadelphia, the historic site of America's Independence Day festivities. Furthermore, included among these fourteen matches is the prestigious World Cup Final, set for July 19, 2026, at the New York New Jersey Stadium, which serves as a global gathering of nations and captures the utmost global attention. Nonetheless, if you're in need of Monday motivation, there's no need to look any further than this remarkable team and their accomplishments. Just five years ago, the England women's team were reaching out to professional football clubs across the nation, seeking the opportunity to use their facilities for European Qualifiers. Sadly, they faced rejection on multiple occasions. They had previously reached the European finals twice before 2022, unfortunately falling short of victory, but their determination remained unwavering. They embody qualities like resilience in the face of challenges, teamwork, dedication, and raw talent. These are the traits every strong team, both in sports and beyond, should strive to possess. Reaching the first World Cup final since 1966, shortly after securing victory in the European Championship on their third attempt at the final, might seem like an incredible achievement on its own.
