1% GDP in debt for a skyscraper I0m in love with that mentality: you want to be the top --> you can't afford it --> so you go into profound debt. Same is happening for all the little things - and the planet suffer because you need to lower the cost of everything at high speed meaning inefficiency and bad tendency. The economy should reflect reality and finance should reflect what is in the range of possible having in mind true innovation and available resources esteems. If this doesn't happen, we still have a big problem - maybe not today but surely later.
