Thank you to the Seamless team, Ainsley Simpson, Paige Street, Clara Vuletich, and Danielle Kent for visiting us last week at our Torquay HQ to lead our Seamless Circularity Action Workshop. During the session, we heard why Seamless is for everyone, and discussed Rip Curl’s current circularity journey including the high’s and lows of doing business better.    As a foundational member, we are excited to take these next steps to support the industry's transformation to a more circular economy alongside the Seamless team.   

Last week our Rip Curl crew celebrated NAIDOC week by coming together at our head office, on Wadawurrung Country, to hear from Shasta O’Loughlin our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) Working Group Chair, about the steps we have taken to complete our Reflect RAP and the exciting journey ahead as we embark on our Innovate RAP planning. We were then taken on a discovery session led by Marsha and Nick Uppill from Arranyinha who gave a First Nations perspective on the importance of Country, identity, and place of belonging.
