Breast cancer is the second most common cancer overall and the most prevalent among women globally. According to our Consultant Medical Oncologist, Dr. Roshan Koshy Jacob, if you're in your 40s, it's essential to speak with your doctor to understand what screenings are available, when to start, and how often to schedule them. Listen to Dr. Roshan to learn how a screening plan can protect your health and offer complete peace of mind. For breast cancer awareness month, I have decided each female I encounter this month, I will send them an infographic regarding breast self-exam. I encourage each woman I share this with to also share it with her female family and friends. Even if sharing the infographic allows just one woman to find her cancer early and thereby saving her life, then I think we did our part to help eradicate this insidious disease. #BreastCancerAwareness #FightBreastCancer #BreastHealth #PinkOctober #SupportSurvivors #EarlyDetection #CancerResearch #WomenSupportingWomen #SelfExam #HopeForACure
