💡A very insightful person said to me recently ‘I feel like at the moment people are interviewing and looking for what people can’t do not what they can do’ We all know the cost of getting a hire wrong is huge, right now approvals can be hard to come by and you/ the team have been covering the role so long it seems like you need someone who can pick everything up straight away, knows your industry and the audience, has used your tech stack….. Hiring is always a risk - that candidate that ticks every box might also heat up fish in the office microwave. If you lean into what someone CAN bring to your team and make a plan together to get up to speed on the areas they can grow and develop in the role you might just find you can secure some absolutely brilliant hires that grow, develop and stay with you long term. 🤝 What do you think?
