From Restless High-Performer to Fulfilling Leader: My Unexpected Journey #UnlimitYourLife #TheUnlimited For 15 years, I was the ultimate high achiever. I crushed goals, mastered roles... then got bored. Six organizations in, the cycle continued – a constant chase for the next challenge. Taking a Leap: In May 2021, I decided to break free from my comfort zone (engineering) and dive into IT. A year later, I explored a new industry – insurance. This is where things got interesting (think "The Apprentice" in the most beautiful 5-star hotel on the Midland Farms!). The Unexpected Twist: February 2022, a recruiter drops a CTO opportunity in my lap. Fast forward (Within 1 month) – interviews with HR, directors, and IT heads. Next thing I know, I'm at Brahman Hills Hotel, participating in a life-changing recruitment workshop. The Transformation: November 2022, I attended transformative workshops that are like extreme shock therapy. This is when everything clicked. "The Unlimited" didn't just push me professionally; it pushed me to look inward. It helped me realize my full potential – the potential I'd been searching for in external challenges all along. A New Chapter: Fifteen years of chasing inspiration ended with a revelation: it was within me all along.
