The role entails performing analytical and administrative loan documentation functions for commercial loans and working closely with loan officers and credit analysts to produce documents for large and complex loans. Experience in commercial real estate, C&I, and agricultural loans is preferred. Principal Responsibilities Should have very good writing skills with proper grammar and be able to summarize requirements in a short but clear format. Determining and documenting underwriting conditions, communicating requirements and decisions. Meeting goals as per the defined key result areas Maintain track of daily processed transactions and report promptly and accurately to the Process Supervisor/ Team Leader To be abreast with all the process updates in a timely manner Appearing and qualifying all periodic process assessments with defined benchmark scores Achieving daily productivity and quality targets Adherence to process SAL (ensure loan delivery SLA-Service Delivery Agreement is not missed.
