Late-night #marketing minute - here we go: Today's trending recipe (below) on the Land O'Lakes, Inc. website is the classic cheese omelet (seriously, if you ever want to do marketing the cool way, you should check out the Land O'Lakes website; need a recipe? Done! Need a great farming story? Done! Nice work by you and your team, Beth Ford !). Omelets are my favorite thing in the world to make so it was nice to have this pop up. Here's the thing, I decided to zhuzh it up by using Vermont Creamery cultured butter with the Land O'Lakes Co-Jack cheese and some diced onions and ham - delish! Sometimes, I think companies are hesitant to give products away because of the perceived potential for losing money.
