1moMy name is Mark Riles. A United States War Veteran. I started out with XPO then RXO and now soon to be Riverstone Logistics. I uplifted my family and transferred from Nashville Tennessee to Houston Texas with the soul purpose of taking care of my elderly mother. I was offered an acceptance letter from Riverstone Logistics with the title of Assistant Manager. I accepted the offer within the allotted time but mad e an honest mistake when submitting my background. Within the ADP while uploading my profile I noticed a place to submit your background and I did. Only to find out that apparently it wasn’t considered the right place. It should have been done within the Checkr link within my email. I honestly believed the two would be connected and my submitted background would sufficient there. Now I do believe I’m out of a great opportunity with Riverstone Logistics with the ability to support my family and take care of my mother. Any support on the matter would be greatly appreciated!
