As the month draws to a close, I find myself taking a moment to look back on the rollercoaster ride that has been the past few weeks in sales. It's been a journey filled with challenges, victories, and a whole lot of hustle. Building relationships with clients has been the heartbeat of this month. Last week was some week. Firstly, we saw the promotion of the one and only Chris Thompson who became Associate Director. We also celebrated Thommo’s 6th year anniversary and what 6 years it has been – top biller, 6 promotions, and now Associate Director, goes to show what can be achieved in Recruitment if you work hard and apply yourself. Then we saw the 2nd promotion of the week when Mr Calum Kirkby was promoted to Sales Recruiter, this is CK’s 2nd promotion since joining the company just a year and a half ago. CK has played a HUGE part in helping build our mid-senior sales division and I know will thrive with the responsibility of his new role. We also celebrated Akiel Johnson 2nd year anniversary, AJ did a placement with us and then joined the company FT after graduating from University, he also got promoted while on placement which really was some going. Finally, we saw the launch of the changing the perception of sales podcast series 3, and what a way to do it with the awesome James Ski. I tuned in over the weekend and I have to say this episode is a must-listen for anyone in Sales, loads of takeaways and a back story that goes to show if you are resilient just what can be achieved in your career. Great work Kyle Gallagher and David Lennon . Oh, and one more thing, this was actually the week before but deserved a shout-out, team Prime only went and won the business 5-a-side league, go on Calum Kirkby, Yeshe Briar, Kyle Gallagher, Marcus Burgess, Rob Nixon, Ollie Dunt, Babar Hussain, Akiel Johnson, Matthew Campbell.
