Seeing this more and more across Canada. From my own community to the city where I work, there is this idea that people are above the law and can act without consequences. The longer people feel that way and it stays the same, the more we will see situations like this. And more violence. People need to have an understanding of Situational Awareness and know how to survive these situations. But people also need to stand up to these wrongs and not allow them to get away with it. Reporting it and forcing government to ensure law enforcement has the tools to respond. When you determine how much you will tolerate you will know what kind of person you are. Personally, I have zero tolerance for these types of characters as they feel confident and comfortable stopping mid traffic in broad daylight and brandishing a weapon.

"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed." Well, if this conservative Supreme Court has its way, there will be no "infringement" on any gun and any situation (even ghost guns on planes). Why doesn't the court just decide that no circumstances call for a well "regulated Militia" if an individual is gaining possession (I guess). Individuals are not a Militia which should or can be regulated. The Founding Fathers, I guess, were whacked out when they wrote this section of the Constitution. I can hear them now. James Madison and Alexander Hamilton saying "This is a great way to allow individuals to bypass the fact of 'regulation' because it is modifying the word Militia. The Supreme Court will pick up on this. Therefore, in the future individuals will be able to purchase AK47s, AR15s, mortars, bazooka, and maybe even tanks to defend themselves from any government or their neighbors - even nonthreatening ones." "So, people who want to have some "regulations" on individuals have to suck it," says Ben Franklin. "If people have a grip with one another, those people should have the ability to kill their neighbor, as they think their neighbor would like to kill them." "A ruling against the federal government could extend Second Amendment rights from merely owning and carrying firearms to also making and selling them. This outcome could invalidate bans on ghost guns in states like California and New Jersey, and potentially dismantle other firearm regulations." I would like to hear the Court decide that some regulation is needed to keep people safe from "hunters" who use an AR15 to "take down" a deer or a tank to take down an elephant. The 2nd Amendment was established to help settlers invading Native American lands to kill those interfering with their westward expansion. Militias were formed because "individuals" could not defend themselves very well against such bigger tribes. That is why "well regulated" comes before the word "Militia." Those Militias would often drill on the village greens in order to sharpen the Militia into a well coordinated Militia, not just a bunch of people running around playing soldier. This is what the Founding Fathers were in favor of, a "well regulated Militia" so they would not shoot themselves during any conflict.

𝐒𝐚𝐬𝐤𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐰𝐚𝐧 𝐈𝐬𝐬𝐮𝐞𝐬 𝐖𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 Saskatchewan Commissioner Robert Freberg just sent a strong warning to two organizations the federal government wishes to utilize in their gun confiscation scheme. Canadian Sporting Arms and Ammunition Association (CSAAA), an advocacy group who signed a $700,000 contract with the federal government in 2023, and Canada's national courier, Canada Post / Postes Canada, who's own CEO said the mail courier wants nothing to do with the Liberals gun ‘buyback’ program. In the letter, Freberg warned “no individuals or organizations,” including “couriers/shippers,” have been given authorization to “receive affected firearms from Saskatchewan business owners.” He added that though Saskatchewan has no desire to hinder firearm retailers from “obtaining value for their inventory,” but reminded them that complying with the federal government without authorization from the Saskatchewan Firearms Office could mean large financial penalties, saying “Noncompliance with the Saskatchewan Firearms Act can result in penalties of up to $20,000 for an individual and $100,000 for a corporation.” He encouraged the CSAAA and Canada Post to share the details contained within the letter to their members to “ensure their compliance with the [Saskatchewan Firearms Act].” Once again, Saskatchewan continues to stand up against those who would attack, or aid, private property confiscation from law-abiding firearms owners. In reality, while Trudeau Liberals go after licensed, RCMP-vetted gun owners, criminals continue to smuggle thousands of illegal firearms (incl. fully automatic guns) from the United States, into Canada. HOW DO WE CHANGE THE GUN USAGE CULTURE? How do WE restore a 1950's gun usage attitude/culture, when sportsmen put plugs in the magazines of their hunting guns to give the game a sporting chance, when military style weapons were reserved for the military, and when children were taught methods, other than the use of a gun, to resolve conflicts? May I encourage you to go and do likewise; to advocate for the restoration of a 1950's gun usage attitude/culture, by sending messages to anti-gun violence groups encouraging them to request (State by State, city-county by city-county) to please request the enforcement of the Second Amendment? Request that State regulated National Guards augment their forces by creating local City-County Armories where military style weapons can be voluntary stored, and State by State National Guard local City-County all voluntary Citizen Militias can be trained and allowed to fire their military style weapons at National Guard shooting ranges with their own ammunition.

Demand for smokeless gunpowder from the sportsmen and women community, along with defense munition manufacturers, is growing and it has the attention of those within the firearm and ammunition industry, according to The Washington Times. Fred Ferguson, Vice President of Public Affairs for Vista Outdoor, explained that competing demands for munitions in global conflicts and the commercial and law enforcement markets here in the United States are causing prices to increase. NSSF’s Larry Keane explained that domestic gunpowder component production is critical. U.S. Sen. Jim Risch (R-Idaho) and U.S. Rep.
