Here what I can share with you guys after proudly completing this Human Resources Introduction material (in which I got a scored 100 for this first test).
At first, I thought at first that HR Administration, but everything changed after I took this class. I realized that HR has many positions and duties. The scope of work differs with the increasing number of employees. Departments division in HR starts from:
1. Recruitment : Which tasked with recruiting employees, attracting the interest of prospective employees (employee branding)
2. Learning and Development : Focus on developing employee skills, both hard skills and soft skills.
3. HR Business Partner : As a company planning business direction, overseeing enforcement, and interacting with employees.
4. Compensation & Benefits : As Administrator of all matters relating to employee salaries, benefits, health insurance, leave and other incentives.
5. Industrial Relations : As a Liaison between employees and the company, by helping employees to achieve better performance.
