Where is money coming from? The present Tory (bastardised Irish word meaning plunderers and thieves) has stolen all our public wealth. There is nothing left in the coffers to do any grand plans. There is no help now from the EU who could help fund these projects.

Very good. Walking and cycling are a huge boost to the local economy. Developers also gain from diminishing requirements for expensive car parking. Win win.
